Job Title: Administrator
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain a high level of organization.
3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and taking minutes.
4. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
5. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets, databases, and other admin duties.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Grade 12
2. Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience; experience in a related field (e.g., office management, customer service)
3. Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Salary - R6000 - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Area: Durban North
Pay: R6 000,00 per month
