A vacancy has arisen within the National Accounts & Projects Department for an Office Administrator based in the Durban North Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment. This role will involve supporting the Commercial, Projects and ITT team with the processing of purchase orders and other ad-hoc administerial tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing purchases orders to ascertain which of our 389 branches need to process it
- Creating customer MI data
- Answering queries from the branch network
- Hotel bookings for the external sales team
- Reviewing expenses
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks
**Applicants will need to have the following skillset**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Work to deadlines
- Understand and be responsive to the needs of colleagues and clients
- Good time-management skills
This role comes with an attractive admin salary package and Bonus Incentive Scheme.
Working hours will be from 8.00 to 17.00 - Monday to Friday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month
