**Introduction**

Our manufacturing client based in Durban is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Administration of the weekly payrolls.

Pulling employee hours from the clocking system for payroll processing.

Onbaording and terminating of employees on the payroll and clocking systems.

Compilation of payroll and HR related reports.

Verifying working hours and pay rates.

Tracking employee absence.

Filing and updating of personnel records.

Distribution of payslips.

Attending to employee HR and payroll related queries.

Monitor the renewal and termination process of contracts.

General administration duties and assistance to the finance department.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric.

Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.

Previous payroll administration experience.

Previous experience with payroll and clocking systems crucial.

Fully computer literate.
