Bar2 is looking for a highly driven and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team.

This role is integral to driving Bar2’s growth by generating new business opportunities and supporting the early stages of the sales funnel. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting research, and building targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers in our target markets.

You will act with autonomy in developing your outreach strategy, using Bar2’s sales frameworks to ensure alignment with our ambitious growth goals.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or the payroll sector.
- **Drive**: An eagerness to impress, learn and improve their existing skill set, whilst taking accountability and ownership for their part of the revenue acquisition strategy.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers and navigate competitive conversations.
- **Sales Tools**: Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred or similar), lead generation tools (e.g.,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, KASPR, HUNTER.io or similar), and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- **Autonomy**: A self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of their outreach strategy, and demonstrate initiative in driving lead generation efforts.
- **Organisation**: Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads while maintaining focus on quality.
- **Objection Handling**: Proven experience or strong skills in handling objections and navigating competitive discussions.
