**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging content for daily posts, including text, image, and video content, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and feedback, and leverage them to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, platform features, and algorithm changes, and propose innovative ideas to keep client's strategy fresh and effective.

**Requirements**:
MUST BE IN CAPE TOWN AND IN OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY
TABLE VIEW
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of trends and experimenting with new ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
