LIFE BROKER ADMIN ASSISTANT

Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance services to the Life Broker and maintain client service excellence

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential prerequisites.

The role will involve:

- Working closely with the Life Broker
- Manage Broker diary and appointments
- Prepare files and proposals for client
- Complete client due diligence process
- Keep updated registers of all processes
- Responsible for compliance checks and record keeping
- Ensure dealings with clients are professional and diplomatic
- Promptly handles any queries that may arise
- Attend training as and when required

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial Planning, Asset management, investment: 1 year (required)
