**Position Overview**

The Front of House Manager will oversee all operations on the floor, ensuring seamless service, exceptional customer satisfaction, and efficient team management. This role is ideal for someone who excels in hospitality, has a keen eye for detail, and can create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to provide outstanding service to all guests.
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover for maximum efficiency.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of the dining area to uphold our brand standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Assist in marketing and promotions to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager, Floor Manager, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and reservations software is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
