**RECRUITMENT BRIEF**:
**Salary Bracket**: R7500.00 - R8000.00 per Month

Must be fluent in English and well spoken

**Benefits**: Overtime

Grade 12 Minimum

**Working Hours**: 180 hours per week (overtime capped at 40 hours extra). Includes weekends.

**Experience**: Atleast 2 years in a manager position in a restaurant

**Reporting Line**: General Manager / Operator

Must have PILOT POS experience, Computer Literate, and the ability to plan well

**Qualities**: Have extraordinary people skills, energetic, driven, have passion for the restaurant industry, ability to perform under pressure

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This person will oversee the entire front of house section and ensure that the entire section is running smoothly.
- This person will also be in charge of other sections in the restaurant inclusive of the kitchen when no other manager is on duty.
- Responsible to conduct daily stock takes in the FOH area (responsible for variances).
- Responsible for the counting and receiving of stock in the restaurant.
- Responsible for all liquor replenishment and ordering in the restaurant.
- This person would be in charge of FOH employee training and development in the restaurant.
- Capturing of invoices and booking of stock on PILOT POS
- Responsible for stock control (this person oversees & explaining stock losses).
- Responsible for customer relations and dealing / handling complaints.
- Responsible to draft and plan the Front of House shift roster to be submitted to the Operator / GM for approval.
- Ensures that all equipment in the bar is operation and where necessary report any malfunctioned equipment.
- Maintaining employee discipline in the FOH section by issuing warnings

**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R8,000.00 per month
