- Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on talent/hiring.
- Experience in building and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in relationship management and an ability to partner closely with hiring managers.
- Passion for advancing the workforce as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion of the organizations, partners, and all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the local talent organizations

**About the job**:
As a recruiter, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple clients across EMEA, reporting, and delivery for multiple Directors, as well as the entire recruiting process from creating a recruiting strategy to generating a pipeline all the way through the offer accept stage.

- Partner closely with Cloud managers to understand hiring needs and develop pipeline strategies.
