**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Assist in the preparation of request for quotation (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP) and expression of Interest, (EOI) and invitation of Bids (ITB) documents when purchasing goods and services as per global procurement policy.

Preparing Purchase Order and Purchase Agreement as per procurement decision for approval and signature.

Maintain all administrative, procurement, and logistic related documents/files, and correspondences

Exploring the appropriate Hotel list for in-house meeting/training/workshop take necessary.

Maintaining and updating the Assets Inventory of Country Office and Field Office.

Handle International Travel Insurance and Assets Insurance regularly.

Maintain the filling system.

Ensure adequate levels of office supplies.

**Essential**: Matric.

**Essential**: Qualification in Business Management or Similar.

3-years of relevant experience in procurement and administration.
