**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
The Group IT Asset and Procurement Administrator will be responsible for the successful administration and
organisation of all procurement and project activities. Further, the incumbent will refine, implement, and monitor
various IT processes, including, but not limited to, change control, business and supplier SLA’s, contracts, IT
governance and policies, as well as various other administration processes.
**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information in the most cost effective and time efficient
manner
- Adherence to internal procurement processes and ensure approvals for all purchases
- Ensure cost allocations for all equipment is recorded accurately and communicated internally
- Recording and control of software licenses and computer hardware
- Monitor and track projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Resolve all queries and issues timeously
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a project coordination role in a fast-paced
environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems
- Advanced computer skills
