If you have a critical eye for detail and have stellar organisation skills then you could fit right in as a Client Liaison Manager in our newly created Growth Enablement division working in our Cape Town office.

As a Client Liaison Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the relationship between our company and our valued clients. From coordinating client visits and events to maintaining bid management collateral, you will be at the forefront of ensuring client satisfaction and supporting business growth.

**What you will do in this role**
As a Client Liaison Manager on our team, you’ll be:

- Coordinating client visits and engagements, including planning and scheduling
- Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding client visits
- Maintaining and updating bid rate cards and standard RFP responses in alignment with company standards
- Organising and managing bid collateral in a centralized library
- Collaborating with various departments for solution development and completion
- Monitoring and report on pipeline activities, pricing, and solution changes
- Supporting client branding initiatives for new client visits
- Preparing presentations, agendas, and debrief sessions for client visits
- Maintaining a comprehensive client database with relevant information and collateral
- Managing payments and chargebacks for client-related expenses
- Fostering strong relationships with industry partners and coordinate events
- Organising and assist with government funding opportunities
- Partnering with facilities and ODs for site maintenance based on client feedback
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive SA Bid & Marketing library
- Managing client-funded events, prospective client visits, and townhall meetings
- Coordinating industry events, advisory boards, and forums
- Overseeing the administrative hub, including travel desk, supplier management, finance and hosting and travel arrangements as necessary

**Your experience**
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in liaising with Clients and Senior level stakeholders
- Project Management Skills and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop deep understanding of client’s needs
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels, locally and globally
- The ability to influence events to ensure timescales are adhered too
- High level of resilience and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- It will be a plus if you have:

- Previous experience in managing a Central Administration team will be advantageous
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of working with third party organisations
