Purposes

To carry out a variety of moderate complex to complex architectural assignments, exercising considerable to extensive latitude in the use of initiatives and independent judgement. Provides services in the research, design, development, construction, alteration or repair of buildings and large structures. Collects and analyses technical data to determine project requirements and prepares information regarding specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and completion times

**Responsibilities**:
Assists Manager in design and technical aspects of architectural projects. Understand client programs and assist clients in establishing well defined scope of work, schedules, budgets and other expectations. Assists in providing effective design, documentation, and project management for the project design through professional administration procedures, by carefully reviewing design development, by monitoring project progress, and by coordinating the work of all disciplines.
Assists in directing the definition and documentation of design and management processes based upon industry best-practice for the architectural disciplines.
Coordinates resources to assure that all project requirements are properly established by performing an objective analysis and conducting effect meetings with the project team and management. Reports project progress regularly by all communication means and by visual representations.
sures continuous expertise in architectural practice by attending seminars, by reading current books, and by subscribing to and studying trade journals, newsletters, and /or being active in professional architectural societies and national building code conferences.
Participates in the research and analysis of systems, products and processes available in the industry that may or may not prove beneficial and appropriate for use on projects.

**Qualifications**:
Education/ Experience: Requires a B.S. or B.A degree in Architecture and 7 or more years of experience. May require an internship and licensure.
License: A professional license or equivalent certification required in any country which requires a professional license to practice architecture.
