**Job Summary**

We are urgently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating Purchase orders on Sage Pastel
- Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the security guards if needed.
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling Trade payables account
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Generate quotations and respond to the Request for Quotations.
- Ensure filing and recording of documents are up to date.
- Provide administration support with tenders / proposals and monitor a time line.

Requirements.
- **Higher Certificate/ National diploma in Accounting**:

- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- **2-5 Years’ working experience in the field**

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
