Job Description: We are looking for a tech-savvy Receptionist/Office Administrator with strong communication skills and the ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. Responsibilities include managing front desk duties, handling office correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently
  • Organize emails, mail, and packages
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Execute data entry and typing assignments
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Ensure office upkeep and adequate supplies
  • Support the team with various administrative duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Access to a car
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Polite and professional attitude
  • Prior relevant experience is beneficial
