**What will you do?**
- The Sanlam Risk & Savings marketing team is responsible for compiling Client Value Propositions for target segments based on Product Value Propositions and delivering marketing and communications material (via TTL campaigns) to the target segments.The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Timeous execution of deliverables and improved stakeholder management across the business.
- Improved processes with the rest of the business with ownership, accountability, role and responsibility clearly defined.
- Collaborate and integrate efforts across the organisation.
- Introduction of ‘test and learn’ pilots with a view to rolling out new initiatives as marketing champions and pioneers in the SA market.
- Ability to work independently as a Marketing Specialist.
- Understand and interpret marketing requirements (based on objective) into an agency brief (for product, customer or employee execution).
- Understand marketing principles and best practices from a collateral and process perspective to alleviate bottlenecks and efficiently manage day-to-day operations.
- Obtaining relevant approvals and sign-off in time from stakeholders to manage full end-to-end tasks in order to meet ultimate deadlines.
- Translate product specifications that is understandable and attractive to the customer or intermediary.
- Understand the product house marketing function and how this translates into the role.
- Budgeting and processing.
**What will make you successful in this role?**
**Qualification**:
- Postgraduate Marketing Diploma or Marketing Degree.
**Experience**:
- 5 years' experience in Marketing and/or Communications within the financial services industry.
- Through-The-Line campaign experience.
**Knowledge**:
- Digital marketing.
- Brand management.
- Campaign design and implementation.
- Measurement of business performance through financial analysis.
- Customer data profiling and segmentation to feed campaign requirements.
