- and disability insurance, credit solutions, savings and investments, retirement and fiduciary services that can be accessed through various platforms. What will make you successful in this role?
Do Data Capturing and issuing or decline New Business cases.
Data Capturing as well as assisting SanlamConnect via WhatsApp.
Ensure that New Business cases are issued as soon as possible after the proposal has been received.
Communicate with both the client and Intermediary in writing, telephonically or via WhatsApp
Ensure clients are satisfied and retained.
Update client information on a regular basis.
Be willing to be multi-skilled to enhance skills and assist in other areas of the business.

Once you have received sufficient training, the role will require Overtime when needed, according to Operational requirements.

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12

**Experience & Knowledge**:
General Life Assurance knowledge and/or experience
Data-capturing experience (12 months) beneficial
Experience in a Target and Production driven environment.
Qualification and Experience Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience. Knowledge and Skills Processing transactions and conduct simple calculations Record keeping; filing and maintenance of databases Maintain work standards and quality verification Data Collection and processing of transactions Procedures Knowledge Personal Attributes Plans and aligns - Contributing independently Interpersonal savvy - Contributing independently Communicates effectively - Contributing independently Optimises work processes - Contributing independently Build a successful career with us
