Admin Assistant

**Key responsibilities**:
- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders OTIF on CRM
- Tracking customer deliveries and keeping backorders up to date
- General customer care, e.g. follow-up on outstanding orders, communicating ETA, pulling PODs, credit/re-invoice of incorrect transactions, etc
- Assisting External KAM with admin, in particular generating customer listing info and pricelists
- P&G internal sales admin
- Assisting with customer care as needed (eg: processing listing info or orders, checking stock,
- pricing or ETA’s)
- Generation of monthly pricelists and bulk/tender quotations
- Audit requirements for KBD purposes
- Liaising with internal departments
- All other tasks reasonably necessary to fulfil the above function, of Sales and Admin Assistant, and compliance with all other reasonable instructions given by the employer.
- Attention to detail, being accurate and diligent on follow-up important
- Advanced Excel skills on latest Windows & Office versions (Vlookup, Pivots, etc.)
- Accpacc ERP and FMCG experience preferred
**Salary**: From R19,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
