**OTC Trading Operations Manager**
**(FinTech/Cryptocurrency)**

**Job Type**: Remote - Full time

**Requirements**:
- 3 years experience working in asset management/ stock broking/ cryptoHave to have an entrepreneurial mindAble to deal as a hybrid between manager and different divisions such as marketing, sales, customer support, compliance accountingA proactive results driven personAble to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiorsAble to help with day to day operations for their managerTime-management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlinesThe ability to multitask and prioritise your workloadExcellent attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.

**Responsibilities**Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads;Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk;Researching on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space;Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements;Proposing new crypto institutional offerings;Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.Work closely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating with multiple team leads to utilize resources in delivering the OTC needsWork closely with Head of OTC operations to define and develop detailed product and business requirementsPerform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requestedInfluence product and technology strategy and direction (roadmap), and product and user experience decision-makingManage engagement with internal and external partiesEvangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organizationActively prioritize product backlog, pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessionsDevelop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site-maps, and process flows.
