**Job Description**:

- The HR Business Partner is accountable for implementing the global and local Organisational Design, Organisational Effectiveness & Employee Engagement and Talent Management programmes aligned to the determined Functional Strategies and Group HR People Strategies.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with the Senior HRBP, contribute toward the development and prioritisation of the annual, cyclical and ad hoc individual and collective HR People programme, initiatives and interventions to deliver the determined and evolving Functional Business/Operational Strategies.
- Participate in designing the tactical HR interventions to support the delivery of the specific Functional HR People programmes to ensure alignment with the broader Group HR People programmes, initiatives and interventions.
- Continuously engage and partner with Functional line leadership and their teams to ensure the effective tactical adjustment and implementation of HR interventions and facilitate the development of line leadership capability toward improving their people management proficiency and self-sufficiency.
- Develop and facilitate the tactical delivery of organisational change management programmes and support by providing solutions and advice geared towards improving the performance management processes and in particular, driving effective team collaboration and high performing teams.
- Facilitate regular talent and capability management reviews with functional leads accountable for the respective Corporate Functions’ disciplines ensuring effective capability assessment, development actions, succession management and corresponding actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with the Senior HRBP and the Functional leads to prioritise discipline and functional succession priorities, strategic talent sourcing, etc. and lead priority resourcing campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR Leadership, HR Centres of Specialism and line leadership to implement, monitor and direct business culture and transformation objectives through guiding line to actively practice the Leading Brilliance principles, Inclusion and Diversity campaigns and regional strategic and statutory transformation requirements.
- Qualifications
- A tertiary level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. HR/Business/Management) required. Postgraduate studies advantageous.

**Role specific knowledge and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a HRBP in a multi-national organisation of similar scale and complexity.
- Exposure to the full spectrum of HR work, including business partnering, specialist and transactional/service delivery elements.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational restructuring, design and culture transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record in leading organisational change management interventions.
- A good understanding of labour legislation, government, legislative and regulatory frameworks in a key Functional operating jurisdiction.
- Understanding of HR systems, with an ability to analyse data to inform and drive business decision making.
- Experience and knowledge related to Talent Management, Performance Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisational Design.
