**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

**To provide support and alignment in the execution of the People & Culture strategy, by providing tangible solutions in the various areas of people and capability development, talent solutions, remuneration & compensation alignment against the market, and cultural engagement.**

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

**People & Capability building**
- Deliver outputs that ensure that we have a sufficient pipeline in order to support the business

**Reporting**
- Understand the trends of absenteeism, labor turnover, development and formulate strategies in order to maintain consistency and build positive outputs

**Recognition**
- Understand the core recognition processes that drive employee satisfaction and implement them within the relevant restaurants

**Business partnering**
- Ensure complete business partnering with all the stakeholders in order to maintain People & Culture capability standards to aid efficient service delivery

**Culture Engagement**
- Design culture practices that are in line with the Group and drive them throughout the operations

**Data Analysis**
- Reporting on trends and formulating solutions in order to keep up with the current climate

**Attention to detail**
- Attention to organizational details to pick up red flags.

**Problem-solving**
- Be solution driven

**Communication**
- Be confident in delivering the business agenda in form of stakeholders.

**Organizational culture awareness**
- Be able to identify the culture of the organization and drive it throughout.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 1 - 5 years
- Management of a team
- Working independently with mínimal supervision
- Relationship building
- Generalist HR experience ideally gained within a multi-site, customer-focused business. experience in a remotely based, field HR role is desirable

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**
- 3-year Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (must be NQF level 7)

**OTHER**
- Own transport
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to travel
