**Purpose**

Responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of the allocated accounts. The role will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Accounts Payable
- Finance Administration
- Creditors Administration
- Reporting

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and verify invoices and expenses for accuracy and compliance with company policies, including purchase order matching.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors regarding payment-related inquiries.
- Prepare weekly creditor recons and process payments.
- Ensuring Zen has access to all required records for all transactions - PODs, diesel slips, invoices, and statements.
- Assist in weekly and month-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation and report.
- Timeously submit the payments on the Finance App.
- Manage all queries with regards to orders, loads, documentation, etc. in line with company policies.
- Process invoices to AMSA, monthly where required.
- Ensure all creditors are paid within agreed payment terms and proofs of payment are sent out.
- Communicate, build, and maintain trust relationships with creditors.
- File of hard copy documents and store in an easily accessible manner and in line with company requirements.**Skills Required**:

- Post Matric qualification in Finance, Accounting or Relevant.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an accounts administration role
