We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Cape Town's upmarket tourism location
- As the Front Office Manager, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing the front desk operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and lead the front office team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest relations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate front office staff to uphold service excellence.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities.
*Qualifications:*
- Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
