**Principal Accountabilities**:Cut and resize the file covers to A4 size, prior file preparation |Prepare files and documents for scanning | Removing staples and collating of pages in files |Making copies of different document sizes as required |Balance files to the contents of the box| Ensure all file covers in archive container are properly cut & labelled, as per required procedure| Maintain the sequence of the files | Follow up on missing files and ensure that the cut is in A4 size | Maintain the sequence of the files in a container| Indexing of information on files for inventory purposes|Balance files to the contents of the box | Sort & organise different type of documents (i.e Charts/X-rays) | Repacking of damaged boxes, if required | Follow up on missing files| Report problems or work-related issues to the superior | Maintain a clean and neat workspace | Provide administrative support to other departments i.e. Capturing, Scanning, Validation, etc.
