**Requirements**:

- Minimum education requirement: Grade 12.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or lodge operations in a 4/5-star environment advantageous.
- Proficient in computer skills; willingness to learn new operating systems such as Pastel, Nightsbridge, etc.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written) is essential.
- High level of telephone etiquette required.
- Professional appearance and demeanour with exceptional communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
- Strong team player with a commitment to efficiency and service excellence.

**Key Performance Areas & Main Duties**:

- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Welcoming and hosting of guests.
- General front of house and reception duties.
- Bar tending and hosting where needed.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Effective handling of guest enquiries.
- Maintain effective customer relationships.
