**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
- Support the management team with daily operational tasks, including coordinating activities and events.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as managing bookings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with guests.
- Uphold the lodge’s standards of service and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury lodge or hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Proficiency in using reservation and hospitality management software.
