Look no further Our renowned international Restaurant Chain, Cafe Javas is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Call Centre Manager.
Position: Call Center Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda/Nairobi, Kenya
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Coach, train, and develop an exceptional team of customer service representatives, guiding them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitor call center performance, productivity, and quality standards to achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Analyze call center metrics to generate performance reports and insights for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing a call center or customer service team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
**Salary**:
- $2500 - $3500 CTC (this includes accommodation, travel costs etc) Salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE. We will not offer you more, once you have accepted our initial offer
