Experian Gjeldsregister is one of 3 licensed debt registries in Norway. We are operating under the supervision of the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet). A debt registry is one of the sources that is being used by financial institutions when assessing a consumer’s creditworthiness. Our registry currently consists of all unsecured consumer loans. Soon the registry will also be extended with secured loans (e.g. mortgages). Experian Gjeldsregister is a subsidiary of credit bureau Experian AS.

**Job Summary**

The Process Consultant will be responsible for various crucial aspects of operational support within the department. This role encompasses tasks related to Jira ticket management and reporting, CMS and Up Partner administrative support, data gap identification and coordination between teams, as well as liaising with Risk, Legal, and DPO. The primary goal of this role is to streamline and efficiently manage these functions, enabling other team members to focus on strategic tasks. An element of client and 3rd party engagement will also be present in the form of sales engagement support and 3rd party data sources.

**Job Purpose**
- Program and **project coordination** across all program/project workstreams related to Data Insights & Marketing Services and Innovation. This coordination involves (but are not limited to) HR, Change Management, Data, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Consumer Care and Software Development.
- Monitors, coordinates, updates and communicates plans for Data Insights & Marketing Services **software delivery **and other Innovation** **projects** **in line with business delivery expectations. Manages project scope definition and documentation and coordinates seamless handover and implementation with Project Management team and/or collaborate with various parties to ensure timeous and successful implementation(s).
- Product support for Data Insights & Marketing Services in the form of **Content Management System-related **tasks that facilitates scaling of platform(s) and drives revenue and EBIT targets.
- Potential **Sales support** in the form of product demos and client engagements
- Liaison and collaboration with Data team to identify **data gaps, **define and document action plan to rectify and manage successful implementation via Project Team and/or collaboration with various parties and manage timeous execution of action items ensuring data is accurate, complete, and validated at all times.
- Coordinate **support on Legal, Risk and Compliance processes **for ECS and Innovation function(s). This includes functions like risk register and deck drafting, Legal and Compliance assessments for new initiatives and driving signoff of all Risk and Compliance tasks relating to for Data Insights & Marketing Services and/or Innovation projects/initiatives.
- ** Ad hoc activities** to support short-term projects with the Innovation and Strategy team.

**Job Description** Principle responsibilities**

Data Insights and Innovation Program and/or Project coordinator across all program/project workstreams (HR, IT, Change Management, Data. Marketing, Legal and Compliance)

Participate with Capability functions in collecting high-level and detailed scope activity definition, deliverables list, work breakdown structures

Support in the organising collection, analysis and summarise information on project phases, milestones, planned packages, duration, resources required and costs.

Participate in developing project management plans and charts, governance set-up, schedules and responsibility matrices

Facilitate and manage high-volume Conference calls

Managing of Software Development’s (Dev) Jira ticket execution and cleaning and ECS and Innovation project **Software** **Delivery tracking and reporting**. This includes

the connection of prioritised dev items with existing and new tickets 2-weekly reports

Coordinate delivery of agreed Dev team book of work, ensuring timeous and accurate delivery
