Department
You will be part of the Service Execution Engineering Team who provide sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have a chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and challenges. You will be afforded the opportunity to interact with skilled professionals and allowed the freedom to create a sustainable, interactive working environment.
Role Purpose:
To performing basic document control tasks, these will include receiving, checking, transmitting and archiving larger project and daily functional documentation, inclusive of both hard copies and electronic correspondence. Maintaining communication platforms (Outlook, Teams Etc.), and updating strategic departmental tools (Excel sheets).
Accountabilities:
- Communicating receipt and acceptance of project information and associated correspondence- Maintaining accurate accounting of document receival, review and issue status by means of document registers- High level document and quality checks in accordance with project/client/workflow requirement.- Evaluate project status and communicate to responsible persons- Developing and maintaining strategic department tools and templates (Excel based).- General administrative tasks
What you Bring:
- Diploma or equivalent, with 5 years minimum relevant experience in business administration- Specific knowledge of the following software is required / beneficial- MS Office Suite, and specifically Excel (With emphases on formatting and pivot tables)-
- Microsoft Teams-
- Understanding of various document control software is advantages-
- Technical writing competency- Good communication and organizational skills- Ability to multitask- Attention to detail
