JOB PURPOSE
The position requires one to have technical proficiency of all industry related hardware. Extended working hours and long-distance traveling are fundamental requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

INCIDENT RESOLUTION & IMPLEMENTATION
- Conform to Contractual SLA requirements
- Adherence to the Incident Management Process Flow as specified by Stowe internal Policies
- Accurate completion of worksheets, checklists and project documentation
- Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving
- Product Support
- Hardware Support
- Staging of Project equipment
- Conformance to implementation standards
- Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
- Safety File upkeep

ADMINISTRATION & TOOLS MANAGEMENT
- Adherence to time lines and accuracy as defined by Stowe internal Policies and procedures
- Boot Stock Management
- Weekly Vehicle inspections
- Hardware Tools
- Tools, condition
