**Key Performance Areas**
**Service Desk IT support**:
- Providing a single point of contact to for our customers
- Providing accurate information and support to customers
- Analysing IT system queries logged by clients
- Resolving system queries logged by clients
- Providing remote support
- Attending to daily/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback
**Minimal Requirements**:
- Achieved NQF Level 5 in the field of Administration or ICT
- A+ and N+ is an equivalent to NQF Level
- Unemployed
- Never participated in an internship previously
- Computer literate - able to use MS Excel, Word, E-Mail/Internet
