**Your Role**:
As a Senior CCTV Technician, you will be a key member of our expert team, responsible for installing, configure, and maintaining various systems of varying scales. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **System Installation and Configuration**: Lead and execute the installation and setup of various systems, ensuring proper placement, wiring, and integration with other security components.

2. **Maintenance and Repairs**: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics of existing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. **Customer Interaction**:Interact with clients to assist them to understand their security systems Offer exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a CCTV / Fire / Access Control / Electric Fence or Alarm technician, with a strong track record of handling projects.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of systems. Proficient in using software and network configurations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, management and team members.
- **Project Management**: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, adhering to timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate and work well within a diverse team environment.
