We are a small Fourways-based business located near Fourways mall looking for someone to assist with day-to-day front desk duties.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers

2. Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages

3. Answering all calls and directing as needed

4. Assisting customers with hiring, returns, minor account queries

5. Advising customers of terms and conditions of hire

6. Basic front desk debtor management

7. Assisting in day-to-day operations

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Basic computer skills.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 2023/07/03
