Project Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
To co-ordinate project administrative activities with the human resource unit. Performs tasks and
activities within the branch, associated with the policy administrative and procedural guidelines,
special investigative research and information gathering excises, date management, report
extraction, logístical support, administrative support to ensure the vision, goals and deadlines are
achieved.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Co-ordinate and control the logístical arrangements for workshops, frequently and training,
brown bag lunches, community of practice, presentations and related events.
Co-ordinate specific activities and administrative functions associated with projects.
Prepares project plan under guidelines of the immediate superior
Provide support in investigating and gathering information
Execute all processes associated with procurement or purchasing of stock and non-stock
items and services for the branch and projects
Capture and update information on various HR systems
This post reports to MANAGER (HUMAN CAPITAL METRICS)
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
2 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma)
3 Years relevant experience.
