Key Accounts Mananger

**Responsibilities**
Identify potential clients, and converts enquires and opportunities to orders
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Recommend price framework that fits the future business outlook.
Participate in contract negotiating, writing and reviewing.
Negotiates ad-hoc pricing (promotional).
Provides market intelligence.
Drive collaboration on business strategy and engage customers on new innovations and capabilities relating to their business.
Develop and administer marketing database which includes clients and prospects information, mailing lists etc.
Develops and manages relationships with clients and potential clients: Acts as the voice of GZof the business among the various clients.
Network and build relationships with key industry players.
Drives collaboration on business strategy and engage customers on new innovations and capabilities relating to their business.
Provides on-the-job coaching and mentoring to subordinates
Interface with Production Planning & Control, Finance and other internal operations departments, to resolve non-conformance and provide customers with the best possible after-sales service.
**Minimum Requirements**
Degree or National Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years experience in the manufacturing industry
At least 5 years must be at Senior Manager Level.
Knowledge of the market and the micro & macroeconomic fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Problem solving and analysis.
