- Matric essential
- Studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 5 years Creditors and Accounting/Reconciliation experience
- SAP experience - beneficial
- Proficient in Excel
- Sound knowledge of VAT rules

- Experience in dealing with high volumes of invoices
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and quickly learn new systems and processes

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Reconcile accounts payable
- VAT recons
- Allocate expenses to general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare documents for data capture
- Collate creditors documents and prepare payments
- Respond to, analyse and resolve supplier and other stakeholder queries and complaints
- Communicate information to suppliers and other stakeholders
- Prioritise effectively as the pressure is on
