Our reputable Property client is seeking a skilled Student Central Operations Manager that is based in Durban - Umhlanga to join their team.

**Salary**: R 8 000 - R 10 000 per month.

Requirements: Matric Tertiary Qualification in Business/ Operations Manager is preferred Strong administration skills Strong Management skills Excel proficient Responsibilities: Liaison between students and property administrator. Assisting the Property administrator to come up with ideas. To line manage the Student Liaison in line with Property policies and procedures. Organize and host welcome events in order to inculcate a sense of belonging, assist students with settling into life at the Apartment, and form bonds across courses. Coordinate and manage the Students living and the Property.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- student liaison officer: 1 year (preferred)
- Property Administrator/Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Property policies and procedures: 1 year (preferred)
- Students living and Property: 1 year (preferred)
