**The Opportunity: Brand Key Accounts Manager - Gauteng**:
RedCloud is on the hunt for a dynamic and relationship-driven **Brand Key Accounts Manager** to join our growing team in Gauteng. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our efforts to build and nurture strategic relationships with key FMCG brand accounts within the region. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of driving profitability and market share growth for RedCloud and our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of key FMCG brand accounts in Gauteng.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet their business needs effectively.
- Develop bespoke solutions and strategies tailored to each key account to boost growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of account strategies with business goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and strategic plans for growth.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven track record in Key Account Management or similar roles within the FMCG sector.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
