Customer Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that customers are processed quickly from the time they sign a contract to when they get installed.
- Ensure that all the documentation is aligned with the business requirements.
- Reach out to the customer on the day following the install to ensure the installation went well, that the customer knows what to do in case of a technical problem and to inform them about the next steps.
- Ensure that issues raised during this call are closed rapidly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Be available to assist the customer on support queries, queries related to billing and product upgrade.
- Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and working with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
**Requirements**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiar with usual computer software
- Able to cope well under pressure
