**Purpose of the Role**
To provide an effective and efficient receptionist service to internal and external customers, to ensure the maximum positive brand exposure. To assist the Branch Manager in execution of administrative tasks.
**Key Performance Areas**
**Reception**:
- Respond politely and diplomatically to internal and external customer requests and queries
- Keep customer register and file the pages
- BHBW’s reception area must be need and tidy (no boxes and social gatherings are permitted in the area)
- Be prompt and accurate in distributing messages
- Control and distribute all incoming calls
- Post must be distributed promptly
- Ensure the switchboard is managed professionally at all times
- Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
**General administrative duties**:
- Responsible for all reception duties
- Ensure load test schedule is up to date
- Scan job cards into SAP
- Generate monthly reports for Key Customers
- Creditors processing - compile and scan creditors invoices to head office.
- Update Service tracker weekly
- Generate service quotes when necessary
**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**
