**POSITION: AESTHETIC PRACTICE MANAGER**

**LOCATION: VREDEHOEK, CAPE TOWN**

**INDUSTRY: AESTHETICS**

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our cutting-edge Aesthetic Clinic If you have a passion for aesthetics, proven leadership skills, and a knack for creating exceptional patient experiences, this role is for you.

**APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (administration, sales, or other managerial degree)
- Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience in clinic or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, business, organizational and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Be able to lead and inspire a diverse group of personalities.
- Responsible, self-motivated individual, for a very dynamic environment not afraid to learn.
- Sales skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the medical aesthetic industry
- Marketing industry trends, POPI act, infection control, labour law.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the clinic.
- Manage and inspire a team of aesthetic therapists (somatologists)
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain high standards of client care and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices

**HOURS**:

- 45 hrs per week including weekends
- Clinic operating hrs is 8 to 18:00 Mondays to Sundays

**REMUNERATION**:
Competitive salary and performance bonuses

**STARTING DATE**:
ASAP
