HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday
- Friday (08:00 am 17:30 pm)
- Closed on all major public holidays
- Mandatory leave break during Christmas & New Years
PACKAGE POTENTIAL:
- Market related
Salary (based on skills, experience & relevancy to the job description) - Commission earned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Incumbent must be a
qualified Skin Care & Aesthetics Professional - CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / N-Dip Somatology (minimum 2year qualification)
Dermal Aesthetics qualifications -_ BONUS_

Business or Marketing qualification - _BONUS_
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Patient and Client relations a friendly and welcoming personality
- Medical Aesthetic Practice or Aesthetic Clinic employment experience
- Not negotiable
- Comfortable performing aesthetic skin care services (Peels, Needling, Laser etc.)
- At least TWO years in a senior, managerial role in the industry
- Computer savvy and clued up on several systems including Social Media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Financial & Budgeting savvy
- Human Resources & Employee Wellness
- Product trainer / lecturer experience
- BONUS
- Admin savvy and able to work on several projects

Compassion and understanding: some patients need more attention, give them the opportunity to feel comfortable and confide in you.

Excellence: everything done daily, whether it is offering a patient a cup of coffee or assisting doctor must be done with excellence.

Integrity: ensure that you listen to patient's needs and wants and advise according to these requirements, not according to what you think they need.

Professionalism: always look and be the part of the clinical manager. Speak when spoken to and keep quiet when speaking is not appropriate.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Administration
- Manage social media content (create or develop where necessary)
- Draft Aesthetic plans in absence of doctor's assistant
- Assist with Stock control
- Training assistance where operationally required
- Assist with strategic planning
- Product screening and attend launches or promotions
- Assist with patient prep where required
- Office management
- Attend to clinical queries
- Manage support team (receptionist, therapists, etc.) and all relevant HR
- Perform aesthetic treatments where operationally required in absence of aesthetician
- Assist Drs with any treatment in absence of assistant where operationally required
- Financial management
- Offer inhouse training
- Patient relations & retention
- Handle queries
- Quality assurance
- Front desk duties where operationally required
- Assist with sales or product recommendation
