**Administrative Assistant (Insurance) (JB3065)**
Sandton, Johannesburg
R12 000 - R15 000 CTC per month
Duration: Permanent
Application closing date: 12 May 2023
Liability insurance specialist requires the assistance of an experienced Administrator with excellent client liaison skills who requires mínimal supervision.
This is a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at once.

**Minimum Requirements**:
4 or more years’ experience in an Admin support role
1 or more years’ experience assisting with debtors
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and as well as general verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving abilities
Able to work under pressure and have great interpersonal skills
Previous experience on Nimbis or Flexi would be advantageous
Previous underwriting experience would be advantageous

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Update information on Nimbus
Freshdesk - create and follow up on tickets
General office assistance
Assist with Debtors
Extensive client liaison in connection with completion of documents and general queries
Accurate capturing of client information
Follow up on paperwork and ensuring accuracy thereof
Accurate archiving of documents and information (Soft and hard copies)
Arrange for delivery of document with couriers
Run an information audit report
Follow up on letters of appointment
Assist with updating records (feedback and documentation)
