Bosch is looking to employ an experienced Area Sales Manager in their Power Tools division.

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for amongst other the following;**
- Responsibility for sales in defined territory for BI and other BUs through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
- Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
- Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards clients
- Support of dealers in B2B portal
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
- Instruction of the trading personnel
- Comments on turnover and profit incl. definition of measures via DSM
- Information gathering about competitors & market trends

**Competencies required**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar environment
- Professional negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work self-directed
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
- Market expert for respective country / area
- Native speakeker

**Qualifications**
- Matric / grade 12
- A relevant diploma / degree in Marketing / Business or related field.
