Quality Control and Assurance Intern

What you will be doing:

- Ensuring a quality product is produced
- Practical work exposure in Quality Management
- Audits
- Technical Support/Trouble shooting
- On the job training in food quality and safety
- Supporting of critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing
- Interns are provided with relevant training and monitoring.
- Providing formal and informal guidance

Programme:

- Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain & able to perform required key tasks as stipulated
- Perform any other tasks required by the QC/QA Manager

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)

**Experience Requirements**:
No Experience needed

**Key Outputs**:

- One year workplace exposure in Quality Assurance and Control.
- Factory Environment
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as per shift roster
