1. Training Mdalisu product knowledge and processes.
2. Conduct and assess branch channels product knowledge, company process and holistic operations from a development & compliance perspective.
3. Training with all branches when required.
4. Constantly train on soft skills & effective communication with customer.
5. Continually do ad hoc training on Objection handling with agents, in order to improve objection handling Skills.
6. Management of employee development within the organisation & create development interventions.
7. Support the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels of performance.
8. Guide & support managers on strategic ways to improve branch sales, service, operations and compliance.
9. Identify & implement skills gaps, subsequently train on those skills gaps.
