Responsible for managing the training sessions of employees in an organization, both for career advancement and process-related training. To outline the training objectives, prepare the facility and resources, and ensure that all participants are present during the discussion. To coordinate with the department heads for any progress updates and additional requirements for training purposes. The facilitator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in acting as a liaison between the management and the trainees for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

**Qualifications required**:

- NQF Level 6 Qualification in Human Resources Management/ Psychology / any other relevant field.
- Facilitator Certificate (Accredited by ETDP SETA)

**Experience required**:

- General work experience (years): 4 years of work experience as a training facilitator.
- Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Sales will be an added advantage
- Must be able to speak African Languages

**Job Spec**
- Effectively facilitate training on products, services, and several other topics.
- Responsible for providing support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs.
- Overseeing training processes by monitoring training methods and giving feedback on training areas that need to be improved.
- Understand the Pre and Post Assessments process.
- Implement, monitoring, evaluating, and taking an accurate and adequate record of training activities and program effectiveness.
- Responsible for planning and designing team and individual courses, overseeing the maintenance of records of curriculum, materials and comply reports.
- Responsible for carrying out several important daily responsibilities during Projects related to training, such as organizing group meetings, participating and assisting in the development, implementation of plans and encouraging members to participate in discussions.
- Responsibility of ensuring that training programs are executed properly and at an accurate time, while also providing updates or reports to the management on the progress of programs.
- Responsible for designing and developing training manuals and course materials, which may include handouts and visual materials; identifying requirements to meet training needs and several other facilitating duties.
- Co-operating with various departments in the organization to efficiently carry out internal training needs required.
