- We are looking for a well presented, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Internal Salesperson to be responsible for:
- sales related admin function.
- Communicating with customers
- Sales calls to potential customers
- Following up on quotes.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering telephonic questions and sending additional information and product promotions.
Brief description of key performance areas:

- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with customers (especially to influence negotiations) and develop co-operative relationship with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- An emotionally resilient individual with well-developed conflict handling skills in order to withstand the pressure of work and to interact with sensitivity in conflict situation.
- Product knowledge of power transmissions, Bearings etc
- Must Self manage
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Administrative and customer orientated
- Computer knowledge (Ability to use all of MS Office including MS Teams) in order to optimize the efficiency of processes within the the unit
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Telephone etiquette
- Able to meet deadlines**Inherent Requirements**
Minimum skills and knowledge required:

- Applicant should have Grade 12 or the equivalent of National certificate NQF Level 5
- Must have a strong background in product knowledge -bearings, power transmission, allied product transmission and allied products industry
- At least 3 to 5 years industry related sales experience
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, ratios and percentages) in order to draw up quotations
- Internal Sales experience
- Experience in CRM use will be advantageous
