**purpose**:

- The purpose of the Talent and Performance Segment Head is to formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans related to Talent Partnering, Young Talent, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management capabilities, ensuring practice integration and continuous value add. The Talent and Performance Segment Head will partner with the Marketing team to strengthen our Employer Brand in the market. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of flexible, leading practice solutions that continually address the needs of the business in partnership with the Group Centres of Expertise on Human Capital Practice.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred qualification is a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which a minimum of 8 years are ideally at management level
- End-to-end knowledge of the full Human Capital value chain e.g., Organisational Development, Organisational Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, Reward and Benefits, Talent Sourcing, and Learning and Development
- Deep insights into Human Capital partnering
- Ability to align Human Capital solutions with business imperatives
- Strong knowledge of key pieces of legislation and HR e.g., Labour Law, Basic Conditions of Employment, etc. Project management experience is an advantage**additional requirements**:
