- Lead the design and implementation of a market leading, workforce experience led, integrated, segmented,
- Design and lead an effective collaboration process across the HR value chain (Talent Acquisition, JA, OD, SWP,
- Development, Performance, Reward, People Data & Analytics, ER (Agility, DEI etc.)
- Transition the talent management practice to accommodate a shift to capabilities & work to be done vs. jobs shifting the organisation to plan strategically across multiple workforce segments & integrated sets of
- Design and implement the talent management processes for the organisation
- Design, formalise and embed talent management tools and processes that enable us to effectively track progress
- Design & Embed workforce experience & segment led talent practices, policies & solutions within the
- proactive Talent pooling talent mobility, talent retention, expediting fit for purpose experience,
- exposure and education, ready now talent availability
- Ensure that the organisation has robust, effective, reliable, objective succession plans across talent
- business continuity
- Drive and deliver a strategic partnership with the business to enable nuanced solutions and advisory to deliver
- Build an effective talent analytics capability to drive insight driven decision making on talent
Job Description Continued - Build talent management capability across the enterprise to enable HRBP's to play the talent leadership role for
- Continually leverage emergent talent practices and methods, market trends, competitive intelligence, and
- efficiency, experience, and future-fitness
- Champion and embed selfservice and line manager empowerment (skills, mindsets, behaviours) to deliver
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion as a leading differentiator for business & embed diversity, equity &
- (beyond compliance)
- Introduce deliberate design, execution planning, implementation and tracking of strategic talent experience and
- Deliver a data & insight driven approach to all talent management practices that provides real time value,
- Demystify and entrench the talent value proposition through purposeful ongoing engagements with business
- Strategically & operationally monitor the performance of the talent products and services

- Build collaborative relationships with critical partners (dependencies) in the integrated talent value chain
Education and Experience - B-Degree in related fields e.g., Business, Psychology, etc. or equivalent relevant qualification / experience
- 10 years' integrated talent management experience
- 5 years in a senior leadership role of which 3 years' must be managing managers
- Experience in talent management across workforce segments
- Experience in the design, development, operationalisation and delivery of Talent Management products & services
- Ability to create strong, business aligned talent functions
- Proven ability to transform the talent function including building strong talent systems/technology expertise, strong
